Bird Glossary - Clutch
Guest Author - Lisa Shea

A clutch is a group of eggs that a bird is raising at a given point of time. Some birds only lay one ´clutch´ a year, while others might lay a clutch two or three times in a given year. Also, the number of eggs normally found in a given clutch varies from bird to bird.
