THE CHRISTIAN MUSIC MAKEOVER IS SET!
Cross driven Records group Daniel's Window will participate in a complete physical and spiritual makeover on the Christian Music Makeover program.
The Chicago-based group Daniel's Window has been performing their brand of rock and hip-hop infused worship music since 1997, but with the release of their fifth CD Strangely Looking Forward, their Cross Driven Records debut, the band is ready to make some changes.
The Christian Music Makeover is a unique promotional campaign designed to introduce the band Daniel’s Window to the national marketplace, while capitalizing on the current pop-culture “reality” phenomenon.
Part Extreme Makover and part Making the Band, The Christian Music Makeover will take a talented pop/rock group and transform them from “average” to “wow” over a 6-month period. The transformation is not only designed to emphasize the physical, but the spiritual as well – a complete makeover, from the inside-out.
Christian music fans will have the opportunity to become part of the process of launching a successful band. Fans will have the opportunity to monitor the bands transformation, reality-TV style, via the interactive Official Website at www.ChristianMusicMakeover.com Fans will also have the chance to win the same items and services used in the Makeover campaign, through exclusive contests and promotions at the site!
Some of the corporate sponsors and partnerships already confirmed for the campaign include; Jenny Craig, Daisy Rock Guitars, MAC Cosmetics, Merchplaza, Food For the Hungry, Campus Life Magazine and many more. Additional partnerships will be announced throughout the campaign.
“We are incredibly excited about the launch of this unprecedented campaign,” says Makeover creator Brian Mayes. “The label and I were excited about the idea, and thrilled when Daniel’s Window agreed to allow us to put them through an extreme and intensive 6-month makeover.
