Hong Kong's Nathan Road

Hong Kong's Nathan Road
Nathan Road is the main street in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The street is a mass of people. They are shopping. They are going to work. They are part of the atmosphere.

Look up! Advertisements are everywhere on Nathan Road. The Chinese and English ads draw the eyes. At night, the neon signs dazzle the stroller.

Nathan Road is a famous street in many movies. ‘Rush Hour 2' and ‘One Nite in Mongkok’ are just two films with this street in them.

Stroll down Nathan Road and people watch. Enter the shops and examine the merchandise.

Not ready to face the crowds, catch a city bus and ride from one end to the other. Sit in the bus. Watch the hustle and bustle. Observe the cars and cabs weave around each other.

Nathan Road's billboards and shop signs are colorful. There are red signs with gold letters. Some signs are green with red letters. Colorful signs decorate the building facades.

Every Hong Kong visitor must walk or ride down Nathan Road. Hopefully, the visitor will do both. Take photographs and/or videos to preserve the memory.
