Most women, upon finding out they are pregnant with twins, go to the bookstore to find information on what they can expect. The idea of having two babies at once is often just too hard to get one's mind around without some help.

Cheryl Lage's book, Twinspiration, is an excellent resource for parents expecting twins and parents of newborn twins. Its frank, conversational style make it a joy to read, and gives the reader a sense that the author is being frank and up-front about the thrills and challenges of bearing and raising twins.

One of the best features of this book is its organization, which makes it easy to look up specific information without wading through everything else. Broad sections, such as "Navigation and Coordination" are broken up into sub-chapters, with catchy titles such as "Breastfeeding Surprises or Tit-bits No One Talks About" and "Maneuvering Multiples: Logical Logistics". As any twin mom knows, being able to find information FAST is very important!

While the book is easy to navigate piecemeal, it is also easy to read cover-to-cover. Expectant twin moms can read Lage's advice, complete with examples from her own experience, from the time she learned she had twins until they were one year old. Her reassuring tone and humorous stories both entertain and encourage.
