Singapore, A Global City
Guest Author - Taisha Turner

Singapore is more than a tropical island. It is a global city. Here is one of Southeast Asia’s premier centers for finance, medicine and business. Many of the world’s oil enterprises operate in the city and on neighboring islands.

The Singapore tropical island lures millions of visitors each year. There is a clean and efficient mass transit system. There are many attractions to entertain the visitor.

Singapore has modern high-rise buildings Yet, there are quaint streets where things operate as in the colonial days. This juxtaposition makes the tourist’s trip interesting.

Consider these facts when making future travel plans. Singapore has the the commerce to attract the businessman. There are museums, play houses and orchestras for the culture enthusiast. Parks and zoos await the children. Day trips to Indonesia and Malaysia are available. Come and visit the island.
