Sharon Briggs's new e-book of tatted cross bookmarks is a real treat. She has produced 16 bookmark designs which are varied and imaginative, with clever use of dimpled ring and split ring techniques as well as simpler designs which would suit a confident beginner. All of the bookmarks have been worked in size 80 thread but could be worked in a heavier thread if you find this too fine.

Full colour illustrations of the crosses are included and the patterns are in a clear diagrammatical format with written instructions alongside. The book comes in PDF format for which you require the free Adobe Acrobat reader, but it will be possible to read it on both Mac and Windows computers as a result.

I love this book and am finding it very difficult to choose which design to make! I cannot recommend it too highly and the book can be obtained directly fromSharon.
