This CD has a mixture of hits, new songs and live recordings to make it a rather unique greatest hits package. While some songs seem to missing from the CD's released between the first greatest hits package and this one, it is still a good compilation of songs Toby has released, along with a few new ones.

Starting with How Do You Like Me Now?! and ending with a live version of Should've Been A Cowboy, this CD is a good time from start to finish. His controversial hit Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue is included, along with I Wanna Talk about Me. With the recording debut of Keith's daughter Krystal on Mockingbird and the latest hit Stays In Mexico, his fans should be happy until the next new release comes out.

The only problem I see is that he didn't include any songs from his "Shockin Ya'll" CD on here. Possibly getting the 3rd Greatest Hits CD started? Whiskey Girl would have been a great addition, as would I Love This Bar. American Soldier might have been a bit much with the other hit Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue. But still, it's been a year since his last CD and this listeners opinion is, include all the hits that came before this release.
