Top Baby Name Articles of 2007 Here's a quick round-up of some of the most popular baby name articles published at BellaOnline during 2007. (It's difficult to gauge exactly which articles were truly the "most popular" -- some have been online for a year, while others have been online only a week or two. Therefore, some of the the rankings below are my own approximations.) 1. Goddess Names for Baby Girls was by far the most popular article of the year. It featured names like Chloe, Luna and Brigid. 2. Beware of Bad Baby Name Definitions was the clear runner-up. Some of the (often) ill-defined names it included were Clyde, Forbes and Norma. 3. Girl Names from Song was the symbolic bronze medalist of this race. This piece highlighted the names Caroline, Matilda and Susie. 4. Celtic Baby Names for Girls featured Celtic favorites like Maeve, Niamh and Rhiannon. 5. Saint Names for Baby Girls included names such as Faustina, Philomena and Ursula. 6. Nature Names for Baby Boys consisted of names like Forest, Rocky and Huckleberry. 7. Chocolate Covered Baby Names was comprised of delectable choices like Heath (bar), Russell (Stover), and Hershey. 8. Baby Names that Say 'Love' included lovey-dovey options like Aphrodite, Carys and Lubomir. 9. Super Short Baby Names featured space-saving monikers such as Dax, Max, Rex and Tex. 10. Italian Baby Names included names like Giovanni, Matteo and Valentina.
