Astro-Quiz

Astro-Quiz
In an earlier article we learned that the sun doesn’t always rise in the east, it rises in an easterly direction. Now we will explore our heavens a little farther.

This is a fun quiz to get you thinking about things “universal.” Some of the images will be easy to identify, some will be more difficult. All the images in the quiz are compliments of astrophotographer Noel Carboni of south Florida. His hope is that by viewing the images you will become more interested in the stars and astronomy.

The link (or copy and paste) to the quiz is:

It will also be available on the forum. We grade it for you and show you the correct answers, if you missed any.

Keep your astro-senses primed. There will soon be an astro-contest where you can actually win something. As they say on the news broadcasts, “Details to follow.”

Enjoy the quiz. If you have a moment, let me know through the forum or in an email if you liked the quiz, enjoyed the images, thought it was too hard or too easy, etc. I’d like to make this site responsive to you.
