Everywhere I look I see headlines and articles on how "fat", pop icon and new mother Britney Spears is. Only on our planet could people think of calling this blonde bombshell "fat".

Give Moms a Break
While some "stars" have chosen to lose their postpartum pregnancy weight, almost immediately after giving birth, it is quite natural for Britney (and other mothers) to take six months to a year to lose her pregnancy pudge. It did after all take nine months to gain it. And it stands to reason if you don't work out four hours a day with three personal trainers that it will take longer than a few weeks or a few months to lose it.
Eat Right & Exercise
Of course it is important to continue to eat right and exercise after the birth of the joy bundle but the focus shouldn't be on returning to the pre-pregnancy weight. Let the poor girl have some fun before she returns to her "work" body. Maybe if more people gave her and other Hollywood moms a break other women wouldn't feel such an urgency to purge those extra pregnancy pounds with such a vengeance.
Strutting Her Stuff
I'm actually quite proud of Britney (despite the recent baby on lap driving incident) and how she prances around town showing off her new curves which are anything but "fat". Give the girl a break. If she wants to take her time getting back into the groove of super mega pop star then let her. Her body is her business but right now her business is being a mommy. Let her enjoy it.
