It's hard to find recipes that aren't only easy but good for you. Here is a collection of ten of my favourite recipes. Most of them make approximately 4 servings. The suggested serving sizes can be made smaller but not bigger. If you live alone invest in some Glad/Ziploc containers and freeze leftovers individually for future lunches or dinners.
Each recipe in itself is not a complete meal and needs a salad, a side vegetable and/or fruit to round it off.
Why do I consider these recipes healthy? They use minimal amount of added oil, if milk is used it is skim and a major vegetable is used. If you're looking for all low-carb recipes you've come to the wrong spot. Luckily BellaOnline does have a Low Carb site.
Why do I consider these recipes easy? They take less than one hour to prepare, sometimes less than thirty minutes. They involve minimal ingredients and minimal directions. Some are easy enough for the kids to help out with.
