Earring Advent Event - Days 4 -8

Earring Advent Event - Days 4 -8
The next few days, I'll update this page with the earring designs, they are all the same style graph as the last couple of days, and rather then having 25 pages of earrings, I thought putting a few on a page might work better.

Day 4:

I'm working on a bracelet of the candies without the blue background linked together. These sorts of peppermints were one of my grandmother's favorite sorts of candies, she had a real sweet tooth. I remember she always had mints in her pockets and purse. The individual candies I'm doing in brick stitch, and I'll post a picture as soon as it's done. I'm using s/l crystal for the wrapper, white ceylon for the white on the candy and a shiny red for the red parts with cylinder beads.
Day 5:

Lots of snow here to build snowmen with, but my daughter seems much more enthused about throwing snowballs at her daddy!
Day 6:

Day 7:

This design is based off the paper plate Santas I made as a kid. I think adding loops of size 14 beads over the hat brim and the ball at the top of the hat would be incredibly cute.
Day 8:

Christmas always makes me think of gingerbread!

Violet Bead has a free PDF format for a different method of doing odd count peyote.
I wrote an article that has links to a couple different methods for doing brick stitch.
