Moe: How long has Kiyonna been in business?

Kim Camarella-Khanbeigi: Since 1996, I've always believed in selling a feeling, not a product. At Kiyonna, our passion is to make plus-size women look and feel beautiful with our line of stylish line of clothing. We started 10 years ago with this same mantra and it still holds true today.

Moe: What kind of clothing does Kiyonna offer?

Kim Camarella-Khanbeigi: We offer a very stylish line of women's plus size apparel that can't be found in department or chain stores. The collection consists of dresses, separates, swimwear and lingerie in sizes 0x-5x.

Moe: What kind of woman would enjoy your fashions?

Kim Camarella-Khanbeigi: Kiyonna is a collection geared toward women between 25-50 who really want something a little more sexy, stylish and sophisticated in plus-sizes.

Moe: What do you think is the number one mistake plus size women make when it comes to clothing?

Kim Camarella-Khanbeigi: Plus-size women have had such few choices when it comes to stylish clothing that I believe sometimes we really need to convince women they can wear dresses or a more fitted tee.

Moe: How does Kiyonna help plus size women achieve their fashion needs?

Kim Camarella-Khanbeigi: We show the plus-size woman how to wear our styles. On our website everything is on beautiful models and the visitor can really see how the garment looks and drapes and how to accessorize it.
