Gifted Education Newsletter Hello, and welcome to Gifted Education at BellaOnline.com . The Gifted Education site is here to bring you information and support regarding gifted development and education of children of all ages. The site is appropriate for all adults who live or work with gifted children. The focus is on nurturing these amazing young people. Parents and teachers are encouraged to utilize the articles and contribute to our online community. Topics I plan to continue to explore include assessment and identification, advocacy, educational materials and courses, acceleration, accommodation, and schooling options. If you are interested in receiving my free newsletter pertaining to gifted education, please enter your email address in the appropriate box on any gifted education article page. No other information is necessary; I don't even need your name. Subscribers can rest easy and know that BellaOnline never provides your email address to any other organization or mailing list. If you sign up for the gifted education newsletter, that's all that you'll get! A brief newsletter containing tips, quotes, featured topics, and reviews will arrive in your inbox each week or so. You may also unsubscribe at any time, and I will remove your information promptly. Once you submit your email to the newsletter list, a response will automatically be sent to confirm your registration. Please check your spam filter if you do not see this email immediately. If your spam blocker hasn't caught the email, you may also wish to reenter your email address to ensure that it was not entered incorrectly. You may also direct questions to me through the Gifted Education editor contact link on the main page. Future plans for the Gifted Education site include a bigger and better review section for my recommendations on books, magazines, educational toys and academic programs. I'm very excited about passing on the word about great resources, so please email me if you know of a deserving product. I'd be happy to consider it for review. I am also looking forward to revitalizing the interactive portion of the site, the Gifted Education forum. This is a wonderful place to obtain information about what other gifted families and educators have found helpful. Come vent your frustrations, offer a brag, ask a question, or make a suggestion. Whether you are a new parent or a veteran teacher, you're sure to be an asset to the board. Thank you for your interest in gifted education!
