Independent Parties Newsletter
Guest Author - Cynthia Phillips

If you’re tired of the empty rhetoric of the major parties, then this site and newsletter is for you. This site is an educational resource for the different Independent Parties that exist in the United States.

As editor of this site, I will explore the history/background of the different parties and inform you weekly of news/current events pertaining to this subject. I hope to inspire you to be more educated in the political arena, especially now with the two party system being mainstream for so long—there is a definite need to recognize a third party, please read my article, In Desperate Need of a Third Party.

I strongly feel that there is a war on your mind to ensure that you don’t stay informed on real issues and that’s what the elites of this nation want—a people that is incapable of critical thinking. Just a fun fact to throw out there, our Founding Fathers were readers and the people of that time did a good amount of reading to stay informed on political issues, as well as philosophical issues. There is more news out there besides CNN and Fox News, and if people trust corporations more than “We the people,” then we are in a lot of trouble.

The Internet has a wealth of information and it is right at your fingertips. I just hope that I am doing, on a continual basis, a good job at being an informative source on this subject that I am honored to be a part of. I am honored that you the reader are reading this article right now. And, I hope you are thinking about being more investigative in your learning about the issues that face us as a nation. I’d like to quote Thomas Jefferson: “Educate and inform the whole mass of the people... They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.” My friends, this is what it’s all about in our great nation--liberty and freedom.

To sign up for the Independent Parties Newsletter, just look at the right side of your screen and you will see “Free Newsletter.” Just enter your email and that is it! Your information is kept private and will not be sold. Privacy is important to the staff and editors at BellaOnline. And, you can always unsubscribe.

The newsletter is just to let you know that I have updated my site with new content. And, I hope to send the newsletter once a week as I plan to publish articles once a week. I hope that you will sign up to stay informed, after all “knowledge is power.”
