What a unique experience Us Lonely People by Heidi Siegell is. This CD is inventive, creative, but something much more far reaching. Almost instantly you become one with the music, very quickly you gain a vested emotional interest, and you really, really, really want to know what happens next.

What happens next? Isn’t this music? Well, yes, you can say that, but it is more. It is a production, and induction, and a door cracked through which you can squeeze through and for a little while find yourself in another world.
“Welcome Prayer”, “Happiness is Here”, “Her Smile” are mini-plays of sound, words, and before you know it your eyes are closed and you are envisioning those things that equate to the invitations of peace, joy, patience and more of that that we need to be whole.
I like Us Lonely People, a lot. I recommend it wholeheartedly! As her inside cover indicates, Heidi signs vocals and plays piano, trombone and programmed virtual harp, er-hu, strings, brass, and more. She is the writer of all her songs, and is joined in production by Rolando Gori. Gori plays piano, guitar, pads and programmed virtual bass, drums, and percussion.
