This Los Angeles based company is on the hub of fashion and celebrity style offering affordable handbags for the every day fashionista who may or may not also be a mother. They are one of the few companies comfortable in offering 110% price protection on their products.

Selection: They have over 280 handbags to choose from in their collection (and that is not including color variations). At the time of this posting they had such brands as Big Buddha, Bodhi (the lovely bag pictured at right), Christine Price, DB Clay, Ferris and Mor, Jessica Simpson, Melie Bianco, Nicole Lee, Rough Roses, Sabina New York, Urban Expressions and JuJuBe and more.

Pricing: Every handbag that I looked at had a reduced price. Prices range from $20 to $300 but I think the average is about $50 to $70.

Availability: Baghaus will ship throughout the United States and Canada. In the U.S. if you spend $100 shipping is free and anything under is $4.95. Canadian shipping is a base price of $20 with an additional $4 for successive items.

Overall Impression: Baghaus is actually one of my favourite bag shops and I've referenced it many times on my shopping blog because of the prices, variety and cute styles. The website is easy to surf and they have great customer service. Bags can be browsed via new arrivals, style, brand, trend, price, or even color. One of my favourite features is the addition of YouTube videos showcasing new bags -- pictures are helpful but the videos give a better impression of how a bag will actually look and handle when used.

They take major credit cards but haven't enlisted PayPal as a payment option yet, hopefully soon. Their shipping costs are reasonable considering the bulkiness of the products being sent.

They have a cool incentive for repeat shoppers that I haven't seen elsewhere: If you love your bag and send them a picture of yourself with the bag including a testimonial they give you $15 off your next purchase which is a significant savings.
