2005 CMT Music Award Nominees
It's official, the final list of nominees are out for CMT's Music Awards show to be aired on April 11th. Terri Clark announced the finalists for the only show that fans determine the winners, not to mention the only country music award show to be held in Nashville this year.

The list has been cut down and now you can vote for the finalists. Along with long time superstars Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Martina McBride and Reba McEntire, there are a few new artists in the list, Gretchen Wilson, Josh Gracin and Big & Rich. Loretta Lynn has been selected to receive the 2005 Johnny Cash Visionary Award by CMT. She joins a select group that includes Reba, Johnny Cash and The Dixie Chicks who have previously won the award that was renamed last year for the late Johnny Cash.

Jeff Foxworthy is slated to host the event aired live from Nashville on April 11th. So far Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire, Keith Urban, Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Brad Paisley and Toby Keith have been scheduled to appear.

There are nine categories to vote on which include:

Not only are the fans the ones who decide the winners in this show, but the show is looking for volunteers that want to be part of the show and are willing to stand for the entire length of taping.
