Beloved Doe Identified

José Bernando Martinez, the son of José Martinez Sr. His mother has been charged with his death.
It is now going on five years this March since the little boy whom investigators have named “Beloved Doe” was found stuffed inside a plastic bag and thrown away inside an apartment dumpster. Avery Stately & Tristan White, ages 2 and 4, are half brothers. The boys were last seen at their home in Redlake, Minnesota on the morning of November 22, 2006, they spent the morning playing outside of their home.
