NatureMade Adult Gummies Fish Oil First, let's talk about fish oil. Fish oils are just so important for your daily health. A few of us might get enough fish oil into us daily through normal diet, but most of us don't. Even those who do will have hiccups in their diet where something changes. I always highly recommend having a daily fish oil supplement so that you know your body gets what it needs, no matter what.

Fish oils are great for your body in many ways. They help to reduce your triglyceride levels. They help maintain a healthy blood pressure. They help with brain health and eyeball health. There's all sorts of other conditions they make better. In short, all of us should be taking fish oils each day, however we choose to do it.

I used to try ingesting those huge amber capsules. I just could not swallow them. I knew how important fish oils were to my health and yet I kept choking on the pills. I had to find another way.

I absolutely adore these NatureMade adult gummies. They are so tasty! They're like eating little sugar-coated gumdrops. Yes, they have 4g of carbs per 2 gummy daily servings. 15 calories. But I count this investment to be well worth it. The many benefits brought on by the fish oils far outweigh the small carb values. I'm quite happy to do yoga or something each day to offset those calories.

They contain:
227mg fish oil
57mg total omega-3
47.5mg Omega-3 DHA
9.5mg Omega-3 EPA

There's a wild range of suggestions for how much fish oil to take a day depending on what in particular you're trying to handle. For example, WebMD says that those with depression might be helped by taking 9.6g/day along with the regular medication. That's grams - the numbers above are given in milligrams. So you'd need more than this to handle depression. But for most people, the amounts provided here are a bare minimum to help keep your body going in the right direction.

In terms of the triglycerides, I can report that three years ago I wasn't taking fish oils and my value was 93. Three years later, after eating these daily, my triglycerides are 45. My diet stayed pretty much the same the whole time - I eat low-sugar, low-starch pretty much every day. So maybe the fish oils did help!
