Holiday Brie Tree Recipe

Holiday Brie Tree Recipe
Are you looking for a beautiful and elegant appetizer to serve at a holiday buffet? How about this gorgeous Holiday Brie Tree? Although it looks like a lot of work, it isn't. You simply purchase three wheels of Brie cheese, cut them in half, and drizzle them with cranberry sauce, cranberry chutney, or favorite red preserves. Once stacked into a tree shape, surround it with fresh seasonal fruit and place a slice of star fruit (carambola) on top. Guests will love it, and it is pretty enough to serve as a centerpiece.

You can substitute similar cheeses such as Camembert, Coulommiers, Saint-Félicien, or Saint-Marcellin for the Brie. The tree should be served with baguette slices and assorted crackers.
