4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Recipe
Convenience products are available for just that – convenience when we’re short on time. And while recipes made with convenience foods don’t always measure up to scratch versions, the timesaving elements are often worth it. The following 4-ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Cookies are great with ice cream, or just to fill up the cookie jar. With only four ingredients, these cookies can be made, start to finish in about 30 minutes. Nothing could be quicker, and these are a great way to use up the cake mixes that you’ve probably got in your pantry due to them being on sale often. Most people have eggs and butter on hand, so you only have to pick up peanut butter cups.
Kids like these cookies, and they are so easy, they can be made as often as you have a few minutes to spare. You can vary the flavor of the cake mix you use for variety (chocolate is especially good with the peanut butter cups), and even use cut up candy bars or other chocolate candies as a substitute for the peanut butter cups. M & Ms work well in these cookies too, and if you happen to have peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips, mint chocolate chips, etc., you can use them if you don't have peanut butter cups on hand - the sky's the limit.
