Oreo® Fluff Pudding Recipe
2 3 oz. packages cheesecake flavored instant pudding (or substitute white chocolate instant pudding)
4 cups milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
14 ounces chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreos, coarsely crushed
- Place the instant pudding and milk in a blender container; blend until smooth and immediately pour into a serving bowl.
- Chill until set (it should set almost immediately and will definitely be set by the time the remaining ingredients are ready to be folded in). If no blender is available, whisk the pudding until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks; fold into the pudding along with the sandwich cookies.
- Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
