It seems everybody nowadays owns both an Instant Pot and air fryer, so Sara Quessenberry’s cookbook, Air Fryer Instant Pot Cookbook: 100 Recipes to Cook with Your Air Fryer & Instant Pot Pressure Cooker is very timely. It is filled with dozens of excellent recipes for both appliances, and most of those recipes are fairly quick and easy.

While there isn’t an overabundance of recipes, the ones that are included are those that will appeal to almost everyone. There are breakfast recipes, appetizers, side dishes, main dishes – with our without meat, poultry, or seafood – and desserts. The recipes are easy-to-follow, and are written in a concise, simple manner so that anyone, from beginners to seasoned chefs, can easily prepare picture-perfect dishes. Unfortunately, there are very few photographs, so most dishes can’t be compared to a picture. The few photographs are excellent, however, and make the dishes look mouthwatering.

There is good information at the beginning of the book to help those who aren’t seasoned air fryer and Instant Pot users. The tips are helpful and inspire confidence in those cooks who are preparing dishes in appliances that they aren’t used to using.

All told, this is an excellent cookbook and if you own these appliances, it is worth adding this book to your cookbook collection; it will be used often to make a good variety of mouthwatering meals.
