Irish Deviled Crab Bake Recipe

Irish Deviled Crab Bake Recipe
A few years ago, I was on an airline layover in Shannon, Ireland. A group of us flight attendants decided to hire a car to take us to The Cliffs of Moher. It was an overcast day, a bit blustery, but we wanted to see those spectacular cliffs. While walking the treacherous trails (complete with signs warning of the danger of falling from the cliffs), I was taken aback by the beauty. In the distance there were pastures and sheep, and I used the camera on my phone to take dozens of pictures – since it was overcast, I couldn’t really see what I was photographing, but I pointed my phone at the scenes, and hoped the pictures turned out. When I got back to my hotel room, I was a bit upset – my camera had somehow accidentally been turned to selfie mode and all I had was dozens of pictures (not good ones) of me. Luckily, we found a good Irish pub to eat at, and were served an incredible Irish meal which included a creamy bubbly crab dip that we shared. I cloned the pub’s Irish Deviled Crab Bake when I got home, and used the versatile Basic Cream Soup Mix to save time. This can be served as an appetizer on St. Patrick’s Day scooped up with crusty bread, or as a main dish with rice.
