Dogs in a Bun Recipe

Dogs in a Bun Recipe
Got hot dogs? If you need something quick for dinner and are craving hot dogs, but have no buns handy, you can wrap those hot dogs in refrigerator biscuits and, voila! You have hot dogs with buns. While this isn’t a novel idea, it’s nice to be reminded of simple dishes that can be put together in just minutes of hands-on time.
These easy hot dogs are often referred to as Pigs in Blankets, but that term also covers breakfast sausages wrapped in dough as well as cocktail sausages wrapped in different kinds of dough. All told, there is nothing special about these hot dogs, but they make a quick dinner. You can serve them with the traditional hot dog accompaniments, or choose to cover them with canned chili or pair them with sauerkraut.
