Easy Sesame Pork Stir-Fry Recipe
Craving a good Chinese dish? The following Easy Sesame Pork Stir-Fry is a restaurant-worthy dish that takes less the 30 minutes to make, start to finish. Start the rice in the Instant Pot (6 minutes) or get it cooking on the stovetop before starting this quick stir-fry.

You can substitute chicken or beef for the pork in this dish, and use your favorite stir-fry vegetable combination. You’ll want to keep several packages in your freezer so you can quickly make this anytime.

6 Servings

1 pound pork loin, trimmed of any fat and sliced thin
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red hot pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 16 oz. package Frozen Asian Stir-Fry Vegetables

1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  1. Toss the pork loin slices with the tablespoon cornstarch. Let sit while you make the sauce.
  2. Measure the sauce ingredients into a bullet blender and whizz until smooth; or if a bullet blender isn’t available, whisk together.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok; add the pork and stir-fry until it turns white.
  4. Stir in the sauce and the stir-fry vegetables.
  5. Cook until the vegetables are heated through and the sauce is thickened.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with hot rice.
