The recipes are fun and unique – who knew that so many scrumptious things could be made in these small appliances?
Not only are there great recipes, but invaluable information on cleaning and using a waffle iron. The recipes are fun, innovative, and mouthwatering. Included are great recipes for waffles and French toast that are traditionally made in a waffle iron, but also dozens of sandwiches, snacks, side dishes, and desserts that are fun to prepare and especially fun to eat.
The recipes are written in the traditional manner with the ingredients listed first followed by step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow. Most of the recipes are easy and call for minimal ingredients making it possible for almost anyone to prepare picture perfect dishes.
One thing that is missing is comments at the beginning of each recipe. That isn’t a no-go, but it would be nice to have a little more information on the recipes. However, there are beautiful, professional photographs of each recipe which helps to find recipes that you actually want to make.
All told, this is a fun cookbook and includes plenty of recipes that are both easy and appealing.
