Anyone who has spent time in Disney parks and enjoyed the food at the restaurants inside will be excited to pick up a copy of The Unofficial Disney Parks Restaurants Cookbook: From Cafe Orleans's Battered & Fried Monte Cristo to Hollywood & Vine's Caramel Monkey Bread, 100 ... Dining Destinations, Ashley Craft’s second unofficial cookbook with recipes for the yummy dishes we have enjoyed and want to make at home.

This fun cookbook includes dozens of recipes that even those who haven’t visited Disney parks will actually want to make. The recipes are presented in the traditional manner with the ingredients listed first, followed by step-by-step instructions. The recipes can easily be made by both beginning and advanced cooks. There are helpful comments at the beginning of each recipe, as well as the restaurants in the Disney park where each of the dishes is served. There are beautiful photographs of some of the recipes, but it would certainly be better if all of them were pictured. It would be nice to know what each dish should look like when finished.

All told, however, the recipes are for yummy dishes that many have enjoyed, and they can easily be made at home. Of course, eating them at home doesn’t quite capture the atmosphere of actually being at the park, but no one will complain about eating something good and fun to remind them of a fun Disney trip.

Special thanks to NetGalley for supplying a review copy of this book.
