This excellent cookbook includes step-by-step photographs for every recipe to insure perfect results for anyone – from beginning cooks to advanced. I love this book!!
This cookbook includes recipes that are mostly quick and easy, and they are actually for dishes that most of us actually want to eat. It includes appetizers, breads, pizzas, sandwiches and wraps, poultry, meats, and seafood, vegetables and main dishes, as well as yummy desserts.
The recipes are written in the traditional manner to make them easy to follow: ingredients followed by step-by-step instructions, and as a bonus, there are comments at the beginning of the recipes to make them more understandable , including cooking tips, or history. These authors really know what regular people like to eat and have streamlined their recipes to make them doable.
All told, anyone with an air fryer should get a copy of this cookbook. It will be used daily, and there are enough recipes to insure plenty of variety and interest from even the pickiest of eaters. Most cooks will want to make almost every recipe in the book, and older kids will find they can make perfect dishes too.
