What could be better than award winning burgers? Award winning burgers with bacon. Burgers & Bacon Cookbook: Over 250 World's Best Burger, Sauces, Relishes, & Bun Recipes Recreate Delicious Dishes from World Food Championships Winning Chefs is a cookbook put together by The Worl Food Championships, and the result is absolutely mouthwatering. The book is full of not only burgers, but sauces, condiments, and toppings for the luscious burgers. There is something in this book for everyone, including vegetarians.

The recipes are presented in the traditional manner with the ingredients listed first, followed by step-by-step instructions. While there are recipes that take several steps to complete, the individual recipes are easy to follow for anyone, from beginning cooks to advanced. Some of the burgers even have special recipes for the buns (I adapt the dough recipes to my automatic bread machine on the dough setting, which saves time). There is also a section of this cookbook on bacon; many of the recipes are very unique and present new ways to use the bacon.

Each recipe is accompanied by a beautiful, professional photograph, which makes it difficult to decide which to make next.

All told, anyone who loves burgers and/or bacon, will love this cookbook and want to add it to their recipe collection. This one is fun.
