Italian Pizza Pasta Nachos Recipe

Italian Pizza Pasta Nachos Recipe
After a recent pizza party, I used the leftover toppings in a favorite Instant Pot Pizza Pasta Sauce. Remembering some nachos I had years ago at a restaurant in Wichita, Kansas, where I was served crisp pasta chips covered with Italian sauce and cheese, I put this yummy sauce over some pasta chips I made in the air fryer, along with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. These Italian Nachos are addictive, and my family loved them.

These Italian Nachos are quick and easy to put together. You can make pasta chips by either boiling lasagna noodles, cutting them into bite-size chips, coating with a bit of oil, and air frying them, or soaking oven ready lasagna in water until softened, coating with oil, and air frying them. If you are so inclined, you can also deep fry them. They make the perfect cushion for the sauce and cheese.

The recipe below uses the toppings I had left, but you can use any amounts and type of toppings you happen to like. It will be delicious with your choice of toppings.
