Nowadays, TikTok is an app that almost everybody gets on. There is something for everyone on TikTok, especially quick food hacks and recipes for foodies. Sometimes it’s hard to follow the recipes and get them written down right. The first Unofficial TikTok cookbook was popular and so The Unofficial TikTok Cookbook, Volume 2: 75 (More!) Internet-Breaking Recipes for Meals, Snacks, Drinks, Treats, and More! has been released. Like the previous book, this one contains recipes from TikTok that have gone viral. There is a good variety of recipes ranging from appetizers, salads, main dishes, drinks, and desserts. Many of the recipes are a lot of fun.
The recipes are written in the traditional manner with the ingredients listed first, followed by step-by-step instructions that make it easy to understand. TikTok is popular with young people, and there are dozens of recipes in the book that are geared to them. Many of them are quick and easy, and don’t require a lot of cooking skills; advanced cooks will find the recipes very easy.
The one drawback to this cookbook is that not all of the dishes are pictured. Most cooks want to see what the finished product should look like, and only some of the recipes are accompanied by photographs. The recipes range from interesting dishes such as Korean Corn Dogs; many of the recipes are new to many of us which makes the cookbook interesting.
