Wisdom Path is a little known tourist attraction on Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It is near the Big Buddha. Wisdom Path or the Heart Sutra Wood Inscription is outdoors. Heart Sutra is one of the world’s best known Buddhist sutras or prayers.

The outdoor wooden version of the 260-word prayer is on 38 wooden rectangular beams or obelisks. The beams are in the shape of a figure eight to represent infinity. The Heart Sutra is on the beams. The Chinese calligraphy is a work of art.
