How Great Is Our God Tour Set!
Image Hosted by ImageShack.usChris Tomlin who was the GMA Artist and Male Vocalist of the Year, and Passion visionary leader and author, Louie Giglo, will unite for a 32-city major market tour this winter. Special guest, Matt Redman, will also join them for select dates on the tour.

Launching in Phoenix Jan. 25 for two concerts on back-to-back days, the How Great Is Our God Tour will conclude on March 23 in St. Louis after traversing the US into cities such as San Jose, Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Birmingham, Atlanta, Orlando and more.

The tour name was derived from the tour’s focus and from the 2006 GMA Song and Worship Song of the Year, “How Great Is Our God,” written by Tomlin and featured on his RIAA certified Gold-selling album, Arriving.

“‘How great is our God’ is not just a title of a song, or a name for a tour,” said Tomlin in a recent press release. “Instead the simple phrases sing with me and all will see is the heartbeat of the tour – every night, a room filled with people seeing and singing of the greatness of God. I am so honored this year to share that night with good friends, Louie Giglio and Matt Redman.”

Tomlin also received his first and second GRAMMY nominations for the 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Tomlin was given nods for Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album for See The Morning, and Best Gospel Performance for “Made to Worship,” his current, record breaking single that has topped Christian radio charts.

A passionate communicator and innovative thinker, Louie Giglio leads Passion, a collegiate movement that calls people around the world to lives that make much of God. Rooted in the confession of Isaiah 26:8, the aim of Passion is spiritual awakening in this generation, an emerging wave of students that proclaim, “Your name and renown are the desire of our souls.” As a part of the Passion Network, Giglio heads sixstepsrecords, a label partner with EMI CMG, and home to artist-worshipers Tomlin, David Crowder Band, Matt Redman and Charlie Hall.

Known for his humorous, yet straight to the heart approach, Giglio speaks for various gatherings around the world through national conferences, campus tours and the OneDay solemn assemblies. Giglio is also the author of the acclaimed books, The Air I Breathe: Worship as a Way of Life, and I am not but I Know I AM, in which Giglio challenges the reader to move from self-centered living toward God-centered living.

Artist-worshipper/songwriter/author and UK-native Matt Redman released his album, Beautiful News in December. His first new studio album in over two years, Beautiful News, is a collection of songs of salvation and action oriented evangelism, taking the beautiful news to the broken world and bringing hope in a time of despair. Redman's songs have been recorded by artists such as Michael W. Smith, Rebecca St. James, Tree 63, Kutless and Passion, among others. A key songwriter for today’s church, Matt Redman currently has 15 songs on the CCLI charts, with eight songs populating the Top 100, including: “Blessed Be Your Name,” “The Heart of Worship” and “Better Is One Day. ”
