Forgot My Password - BellaOnline Forum Support

If you have forgotten your forum username password, please go to the Forgot My Forum Password page. Simply put in your email address, and it will send both your username and your password to you. You don't have to put in your logon name or anything else. Just your email address is fine.

Note that the forum system has both a secret logon name and a public display name. This is so that people can't see your display name and guess how to log in as you. It might be that you're trying to log in using your display name, not your logon name. To make sure you are using the correct combination, have them mailed to you.

We can't see your password - it is hidden for security reasons. We value your privacy! The only way to get it is to have the system email it to you.

If you try to put in your email address and it says the user does not exist, then you don't have an account! Please use the Register a New Account option to create an account to go with that email address. The system will generate a password for you and email it to you. The system needs to do that for security reasons, to make sure you really do get that email address.
