I'll never forget the first time we ate this amazing salad near Inlay Lake with a family there. It is such a special dish and each time we gather together and eat it we remember this wonderful family who made it for us. The armoa is amazing.

This is a real palate pleaser recipe from Burma. Also an insight to the long history and culture of the Burmese people whom we love dearly.
