It is the cold and flu season. Perhaps, you are sneezing a bit more this time
of year. Did you know that a sneeze out of your body hits record speeds of about 100 miles per hour? I guess germs really do spread fast. Certainly, an excellent reason to always cover your mouth when you sneeze.
