Recruiting An Exercise Buddy
Working out alone is boring. This leads to abandoning a new exercise plan in the New Year. Often, bored people require a challenge to fire them up. Let's face facts. Think about running in the park with a group, lifting weights with a buddy, or a push up challenge with a friend. Here is the deal. Find an exercise buddy that is in slightly better physical shape. This challenges you to match or exceed their fitness level. Get fit this year for your physical well-being. Don't have a physical buddy?
