January 23 2009 Motorsports Newsletter

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another F1 newsletter, catching up with the news from the last few weeks, and a recap of some recent articles on the BellaOnline site.

In the news:

BMW, Williams and Renault all released their 2009 cars this week, during the testing in Portugal. Most of the focus was on the livery, with the Williams looking the best, albeit an interim colour.

This week, the four day test at the Algarve was a disappointment, with very wet weather. On the last day, it was cut short after half an hour, as the medical helicopter couldn't take off due to the conditions.

Bernie Ecclestone has insisted there will be an Indian Grand Prix in 2011, despite development being called off late last year. Bernie admitted that contracts had now been sorted out.
