Greetings all!

I have been under the weather for sometime now! Three weeks to be exact! The flu has totally taken over! I have never had the flu, and let me tell you...you can barely do a thing!

I hope each of you is taking care of yourself, and doing all that you can to stay well.

Here is my favorite recipe for chicken soup. I think our Grandmothers knew what they were talking about! Because I definitely feel a bit better after some warm, chicken soup. I also include a recipe for dumplings, since I do not care for noodles or rice in my soup! Hope you enjoy!
