This way the person writing Joy has easy access to both her site and forum. Some editors even list their top articles in their auto response so if people were asking about those questions they can quickly get to the answers.

If your current auto-response doesn't have your site URL and forum URL in it, give though to adding those in! That way your visitor has it in her email folder and can find it in case she loses the bookmark.
