One of our favourite Thai meals is a dish called Suki-Yaki. It is such a fun meal that there are many restaurants all around Thailand featuring this Suki-Yaki cuisine. One popular place is MK which has branches all over Thailand. You choose items of meat, vegetables, seafood, noodles, etc. to cook table-side in a fiery broth. The flavourful dipping sauces enable each diner to adjust sweet-hot-salty-spicey to their own palate. Each restaurant will have a special house dipping sauce.
