Her title is meaningful, completely keyword-rich with terms people would search on. Remember that cute titles are fine for newspapers, but on the web a page title needs to resonate with meaning.

Her content is helpful, on point, with good examples that help the reader to understand. She has related links so that people interested in this topic will find her other related articles, to keep reading and learning.

You'll see her description for this article is equally stellar. It reads: "Would you like to develop a sense of community in your online classroom? One of your best tools for doing that is your discussion board." The description is written in an "active" sense (i.e. not saying "this article will .... which would be passive). It draws the reader in and gets them to click.
