Homeowner Receives Graffiti Removal Letter for Daughter's Chalk Art
Mom and Homeowner Jen Peppermen and six year old Natalie Shea cannot understand how the little girl's blue chalk flower is considered graffiti. The homeowner received a 45 day graffiti removal notice instructing her to remove the "graffiti" or face a $300 fine, after a neighbor complained.
