We had a fantastic chat last night! We spent 3 hours brainstorming with editors on how to create ebooks, ramp up their personal site sales, and to make more money as we head into the holiday season!

The full chat log can now be found in the Editor Assistance site. Just follow the Editor Assistance link on your admin menu, then look in the chat subject area. You'll find all chat logs in there.

I highly recommend you read through the chat log. We have great advice on getting your ebooks going, how much you can make, how to improve sales on any other sites you might run, and much more!


EDITOR PICK ARTICLES

The Editor Pick articles are now ready for testing! Please do not provide this link to the public yet. Since this area involves manual setup, we want to make sure all editors have a chance to customize their pages before we let the public know where to find this page. If our visitors find it for one site, they'll find it for all sites :)

On your admin menu, there's now a link on the left side to customize your top 10 articles. It starts out with the default of the current most popular articles, and from there you can customize it to show any 10 articles you wish.

There's a link on that admin page to see the live mock-up.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions about the admin page or the mock-up page! And again, please keep this private for now, until we give all editors a chance to customize their choices. I'll let you know in about a week when we're all ready, and we can go live!
