My internet service provider has finally admitted that their "upgrade" did not go as planned and was not finished over the Labor Day weekend (Sept 6th). Instead they are supposed to finish it up sometime today (Oct. 9th). Hopefully they will finally get everything working again this weekend and we shall have full service back on Monday.
