Greetings everyone!

Most of us are probably through the last of our
fresh vegetables and fruits from the summer with the exception
of some cooler crops such as broccoli and leeks.

Remember, clip those herbs and hang them upside down to dry
for cooking comfort-foods such as soups or roasts or seeping teas
and aromatic baths. This should help ease winter blues which can
creep up on us as our days become shorter and especially after
the holidays.

CLASSES ARE HERE!

The first class,"Intuition Basics" for the Fall/Winter schedule
will be held 11/19/06 at the Days Inn in Normal, IL.

Doors will open 11:00 am with the class beginning
shortly after 12:00. Lunch refreshments will be provided.
