Hello and Happy Thanksgiving…already!!

Would you believe me if I told you that my favorite way to enjoy my Thanksgiving meal is to cook it - from soup to nuts - (well, turkey to pie) in my RV?? Yep, it's true. I use the crockpot to cook my turkey (breast), make the stuffing in the oven and always, always prepare my Mom's Famous Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce the day before. She said it and she was right - it's delicious!!

This year we'll celebrate 8 Thanksgivings in our rig. Each one has been different and special - from the Florida Keys to the Gulf Coast to the bright lights of Las Vegas and more - it's one of the true things I have to be thankful for each and every year.
