Hi Hot & Spicy food lovers,
If you are looking for something new and different for Thanksgiving, add *Strawberry-Jalapeño Salsa* to your menu. Serve this easy to make strawberry-jalapeño salsa with Thanksgiving turkey. It makes a nice change or addition to the usual and traditional jellied cranberry sauce.

My curiosity finally got the better of me and I ordered those Debbie Meyer’s Ever Fresh Green Bags from HSN to store my veggies in. I decided to put the bags to a test to see if they really work. On November 11, I bought Broccoli Rabe (see the Hot Peppered Broccoli Rabe Recipe http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art14021.asp ), and other vegetables and placed them all in the bags. Please visit the Hot & Spicy forum, I will be posting my hurrahs or disappointments. Also if you are familiar with these bags, stop and let us know your experience. If you have a special way of keeping your veggies crisp, etc. please share with our H&S family.

[H&S Hints]
*Add cayenne pepper to your ½ of your flour mix when frying chicken. This way you make one batch of regular and one batch of “spicy” fried chicken. Who says you can’t please everyone ;-)
*For a really quick dipping sauce for seafood add cayenne pepper to ketchup. Or add chop up some horseradish into ketchup. Both can be served hot or cold. If you have wasabi powder in your kitchen cabinet you already know that it can be added the most ordinary staples--ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise to make quick dips.
And remember, you are most welcome to talk to others and me in our Hot& Spicy foods forum.
Don't forget to pass this newsletter and any recipe from the Hot & Spicy site on to family and friends.
